SIPA offers custom-designed solutions in terms of standard profiles and special steel profiles (splined shafts, “cuna”, T-blocks, etc..) for an exceedingly wide range of applications.
SIPA produces a wide range of special profiles for the tool machine industry. The profiles are used in the jaws of lathe headstock vices, T-shaped blocks for worktables and in various clamping systems. Case hardening and quenched steels are used for production.
For the automotive industry, SIPA produces steel components for air conditioning and hydraulic systems, components for high-pressure injection pumps found in diesel engines, clutch hubs, hinges, and pole shoes in starter motors. Production is based on the use of automatic bearings or following industry-specific requirements. SIPA’s offer also includes steel profiles used in components for gearshifts, equalizers and valve controls for motorcycles.
SIPA is a specialized partner for the agricultural industry. It produces special profiles for transmissions: standard splined shafts, cardan joints and with rolling teeth in carbon steel and case hardening and quenched alloy steels.
For the production of textile machines, SIPA produces complex dies for special profiles with accurate surfaces and very narrow tolerances. For the spinning sector, it produces special profiles for support bars and belt tensioners. In both cases, carbon steels are used for producing the special profiles.
