Information on the processing of personal data

This page describes how the website www.sipaspa.com is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users consulting it.

Pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”) and the Italian privacy law (Legislative Decree 196/2003), we inform you that your personal data will be processed through the website www.sipaspa.com. This privacy policy has been drawn up according to the principle of transparency and includes all the elements required by the GDPR. It is divided into individual sections, each of which addresses a specific subject to make reading quicker, more straightforward and easier to understand (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”).

PLACE WHERE YOUR DATA WILL BE PROCESSED
Your Personal Data will be processed by the Data Controller.
We will take all necessary measures to make sure your Personal Data is protected and when transferring your data we consider appropriate safeguards including, for example, adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission regarding recipient third countries; or appropriate safeguards expressed by the recipient third party under Article 46 of GDPR. You may request further details from the Data Controller if your personal data is processed outside the European Union, by asking for evidence of the specific safeguards applied.

PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for Sipa S.p.A.’s statutory purposes and, specifically:
1. advertising, promotion and commercial communication;
2 .direct marketing;
3 technical, legal and professional information concerning technologies, services and products of interest to Sipa S.p.A., along with the online distribution, via live streaming or through a digital archive of video footage, images and audio related to informational content, conferences, debates, other public meetings, training sessions, association initiatives, and similar events. This also includes the publication of articles, essays, and other manifestations of thought, including artistic works. The above will also feature the mailing of newsletters (see the chapter “OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION”), not necessarily on a periodical basis. Sipa S.p.A. undertakes to process personal data relating to the Customer’s end users in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. In particular: (a) for personal data provided in connection with sales activities and the use of the website www.sipaspa.com, please refer to the Privacy Policy at https://www.sipaspa.com/privacy; (b) for any personal information of EU residents processed in relation to the Services, please refer to the Data Processing Agreement at https://www.sipaspa.com/privacy  (“General Data Protection Regulation Terms of the European Union”). The Customer accepts to provide any required notice and obtain the necessary consent to allow Sipa S.p.A. to access and process personal and other data as specified in this Agreement.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Data provided voluntarily by the user. Any optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses given on this site will lead to the sender’s address and/or contact details being acquired. This information is required to respond to requests and is used in relation to Sipa S.p.A.’s business purposes. The same applies to the completion of any contact forms on the site, where only data strictly necessary for business interactions between companies is requested.

Browsing cookies

As established under Article 13 of GDPR (EU) 2016/679, data subjects have the right at any time to obtain from Sipa S.p.A. confirmation as to whether or not their data is being processed and to be informed of its content and origin, as well as to request its rectification, erasure, anonymization, or restriction of processing. They also have the right to object or withdraw their consent to data processing, the right to portability (if applicable), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
No data collected through the web service will be communicated to third parties, except in the following cases:
1. For personal data provided by users who request to receive informational material, catalogs or other items, used solely for performing the service and communicated to third parties only when necessary (postal shipping services, e-mailing, etc.).
2. For personal information processed in specific sections of the sites subject to this Privacy Policy, for which a specific privacy policy has been provided (e.g., newsletter subscription, event organization). No data collected through the web service will be disclosed.
3. For legitimate recipients of communications required by law or regulations (e.g., Public Offices and Authorities).

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
